SPOILERS FOR THREE BILLBOARDS OUTSIDE EBBING, MISSOURI

Character Name: Jason Dixon
Canon: Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri
Basic personality: Violent fuckup trying to do better by being a violent fuckup with principles, maybe.
What has happened to them recently?: Dixon just arrived here, but prior to doing so he hit rock bottom after his susbtitute father figure committed suicide, he threw someone out a window, he got fired, he got set on fire, and then he got the shit beaten out of him trying to solve a case that turned out to be a dead-end. Due to a letter Dixon's chief left him, Dixon's trying to do better than just be an abusive lowlife, but he doesn't know how and is grappling at anything that makes him feel like he's doing something. This means he's at a pretty susceptible point for reform or just CR-building generally!
Upcoming plots, future plans, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Right now Dixon's adrift and without a moral compass. Most people would take this moment to reckon with their beliefs, but Dixon's a keep-moving-and-don't-think-too-hard kind of guy, so he's going by impulse. That means he's going to stick to anyone who provides him some sense of direction and structure if only because it'll give him a discrete task. If your character needs a gopher or a lapdog or a papa bear or some other kind of mammal, now may be a good time to build some CR before Dixon reverts to his lazy oafish incompetent ways.

Canon: Star Wars Legends (Knights of the Old Republic)
Basic personality: When on her guard, surrounded by enemies, or otherwise just not chill, Revan is dignified, confident, and always has a plan. When relaxed and around people she likes or at least trusts, she's still confident and still always has a plan, but dignified goes out the window; she'd would show up to Thanksgiving in PJ pants, Uggs, and a "Sun's Out, Guns Out" tank top--and yet somehow manage not to get disowned.
What has happened to them recently?: HAHA she just found out her life is a lie and she's actually the mindwiped Evil Emperor of her era so she's real far on the [screams internally] end of things right now. It won't show, though.

Basic personality: Noble, serious, ad a bit emotionally repressed, especially around strangers. Chivalrous to a fault. Has a huge weakness for good food and tends to eat like someone twice her size.

Basic personality: Brave, dramatic, traumatized, funny, loyal, protective. he was screwed by life and framed for mass murder before it was literal curtains for him. You’ve probably read the series. If not, ask me and I will tell you more than you want to know.
What has happened to them recently?: Nothing here but before Wilderlands he was in a tower waiting for a Dementor’s Kiss like a damsel in distress.
Upcoming plots, future plans, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: For the present/near future, he needs to recover from his trauma some. At least he needs a haircut. He’s not the kind to sob it out, but just talking to someone will be nice. I’m up for positive or negative CR, but if it’s negative be warned that he’s kind of unhinged at the moment since he’s from when he was on the run. I don’t really have much planned for him currently but give me time.

Also his hair is a mess and he looks emaciated. Azkaban was not kind. He'll look better as time goes on.

What has happened to them recently?: Day-to-day things an Agent of her world does - track down sinners, threaten them, deliver penance to them by setting their houses to be destroyed in the name of Him. Has had no way to change their situation. Until now.

Maybe she'll even use her Actual Name again!

Character Name: Brainiac 5
Canon: DC Comics
Basic personality: Externally: A superhero that takes the kinds of villains that eat stars to the cleaners on a regular basis and thus his crazy-bullshit-o-meter is just utterly broken. Prickly, arrogant, sometimes says something insightful or interesting or thoughtful only to ruin it moment's later with an insult or crankiness. Will be eternally salty about all the magic and seem dead set on making no friends. Sort of struggling to hold onto his idealism.

That said, this is Brainy putting his flaws forward to keep people at a distance as a self-protective measure because caring about people has started to really hurt ever since Brainy's universe died. Under the salt, he's still arrogant, compassionate, daring, arrogant, selfless, and did I mention arrogant?

He's going to be a lot better at showing regard for people than saying it.

Upcoming plots, future plans, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: I am up for everything. Positive CR, negative (definitely negative). Brainy's going to be a pain in the ass in the beginning but he's actually a really good (if awkward) person underneath so I expect his CR even with individual characters is probably going to evolve from hostile to something else over time.

I am especially available if you want to play off someone who is almost comically angry at their circumstances.

Character Name: Conner Kent/Kon-El/Superboy
Canon: DC Comics
Basic personality: Kon is a big, well-meaning puppy of a superhero who is trying very hard to live up to Superman's standards so that he can take his place as Superman when Kal someday retires. He's either incredibly earnest or incredibly sarcastic based on circumstances, and often goofy when he's hanging out with people he likes. He's also deeply selfless and courageous, and already died saving the world once. (He got better).

Kon is a clone and is only about 3-4 years old. He can be very naive about certain things because while he was aged up to his teens and programmed with the appropriate knowledge and basic personality, he lacks a lot of life experience. That said, he's a fast learner. The second he gets put on his ass by something in life, he learns from it, and sometimes can be a pragmatic (and slightly blunt) voice of reason about things he does have experience with.

What has happened to them recently?: N/A
Upcoming plots, future plans, wanted CR, or other things to note about this character: Kon's getting a Necromancer power set and is going to be very upset about it due to his "evil" issues. Half his DNA comes from superman but the other half comes from Lex Luthor and he was mind controlled by Lex and forced to hurt this friends once. So he's got a bit of a complex about it and is terrified of going evil and/or bald.

Overall though he's not a particularly angsty guy. He'll be really nice and caring with most people and pretty gregarious. But I'm also open for negative CR since Kon's the type to get in people's faces if he thinks they're being jerks.

ALSO I'm okay with canon puncture. Kon's cloned from one of the most recognizable superheroes in western comics, it's understandable a lot of characters might recognize it when he namedrops Big Blue. Kon won't bat an eyelash since he canonically died at the hands of Superboy Prime, a deranged fanboy from a universe where DC Comics were fiction.
