Cassie's met Merlin a couple times. And Morgan Le Fay once possessed Cassie's mother and fought Cassie and her friends while dressed in lingerie, which was weird.

Cassie...probably mostly counts as knightly? She's pretty straight-forward, but not above the occasional sucker-punch. Also, swords are awesome, even if they're not her preferred weapon.
